Compression springs
Compression springs are the most common types of springs with a wide variety and application, which are used in all industry branches. Typically they are cylindrical, but can also be conical and bi-conical.
We are capable to manufacture such springs in the range 0.2-18.00 mm wire diameter by cold forming and from 19.00 mm to 60.00 mm bar diameter and unfolded length 6700 mm by hot forming.
Springs can be with opened or closed end coils, grinded or not. Grinding is applicable for springs from wires over 0.5 mm.
Spring Factory also produces prismatic compression springs with application mostly in the defense industry.
Materials we use are acc. To EN 10270-1/2/3 for the wires and EN 10089 for the bars.
